Borecasing

Borecasing is a specialised PVC-U pressure pipe offered to the mining industry. Borecasing PVC-U pipe is used to form a lining or casing for a water bore drilled vertically into the ground. In this application, resistance to external loads rather than internal pressure is the key requirement, so the primary consideration is pipe wall thickness to ensure high stiffness.
